Quick Apricot Relish


  • 1x
    410g can apricot halves in juice
  • 1 pkt
    MAGGI Apricot Chicken Recipe Mix
  • 1 tbsp
    white wine vinegar
  • ½ x
    green capsicum, deseeded and chopped

How to Cook

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cooking Time: 5 minutes
  1. Drain apricot halves and reserve juice. Slice apricot halves.

  2. Add juice to a small saucepan with the recipe Mix, white wine vinegar, sliced apricots and capsicum.

  3. Bring to the boil and stir until thick. Cool and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
