Chicken Laksa

  • 1/4 (225g)
    BBQ chicken, shredded finely
  • 1/4
    red capsicum, sliced
  • 1/2 cup
    green beans, chopped
  • 1/4 cup

How to Cook

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cooking Time: 7 minutes
  1. In a large saucepan, break MAGGI FUSIAN Laksa Noodle cake into quarters and add boiling water, bring to the boil, simmer 4 minutes. Stir in Laksa flavour mix & coconut milk powder sachet for 1 minute.

  2. Add BBQ Chicken, red capsicum, beans. Return to boil, simmer a further 1-2 minutes or until chicken is heated through and vegetables are just tender.

  3. Serve topped with bean sprouts and fresh coriander leaves and lime halves, if desired. If you like it extra spicy add fresh chopped chilli
