Chicken Dumpling Laksa

    chicken mince
  • 3 cups (240g)
    broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 bunch (400g)
    baby bok choy, chopped coarsely
  • 4 (100g)
    spring onions, sliced thinly
  • 1/4 cup
    coriander leaves
  • 1
    egg, boiled, peeled and halved
  • lime wedges to serve
  • fresh red chilli, sliced thinly (optional)

How to Cook

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cooking Time: 15 minutes
  1. In a large saucepan, break MAGGI FUSIAN Laksa Noodle cake into quarters and 2 cups (500ml) of boiling water, bring to the boil.

  2. Using 2 teaspoons, carefully form balls of chicken mince, add to noodle mixture and simmer for 4 minutes or until cooked through.

  3. Add MAGGI FUSIAN Laksa flavour mix & coconut milk powder sachet, broccoli and bok choy. Bring to boil, simmer a further 1-2 minutes or until vegetables are just tender.

  4. Stir through green onions; using a ladle pour laksa soup in each bowl. Top with coriander, egg, lime wedge and chilli.
