Scotch Fillet With Hot Mustard Coleslaw & Pepper Gravy

Ingredients

  • Spray oil, for cooking
  • 2 x (400g)
    Scotch Fillet
  • 2 cups (160g)
    Coleslaw
  • 1/3rd cup (100g)
    Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp
    Seeded mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
    Hot English Mustard
  • 1/2 cup (10g)
    Rocket
  • 1 x 30g
    sachet MAGGI Home style Cracked Black Pepper Gravy

How to Cook

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 8 minutes
  1. Heat a griddle pan, spray with oil and cook steaks for 3 minutes each side for medium or until cooked to your liking. Set aside for 3 minutes to rest.

  2. Meanwhile in a large bowl combine coleslaw mix, Mayonnaise and mustards. Fold through rocket.

  3. Make Gravy according to packet instructions; serve with steaks and coleslaw.
