Scotch Fillet With Hot Mustard Coleslaw & Gravy


  • Spray oil, for cooking
  • 2 x (400g)
    Scotch Fillets
  • 2 cups (160g)
  • 1/3rd cup (100g)
  • 1 tsp
    wholegrain mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
    Hot English Mustard
  • 1/2 cup (10g)
  • 1 pkt

How to Cook

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 8 minutes
  1. Heat a griddle pan, spray with oil and cook steaks for 3 minutes each side for medium or until cooked to your liking. Set aside for 3 minutes to rest.

  2. Meanwhile in a large bowl combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise and mustards. Fold through rocket.

  3. Make MAGGI Roast Meat Gravy according to packet instructions; serve with steaks and coleslaw.
