Add 2 cups (500ml) of boiling water to a saucepan on medium heat. Add marinara mix and MAGGI FUSIAN Laksa flavour mix, cover and cook for 5 minutes. Break MAGGI FUSIAN Laksa Noodle cake into quarters and add to saucepan, simmer 4 minutes
Add coconut powder, baby bok choy and carrot reduce heat and simmer for a further 1 minute.
Stir through green onions and using a ladle pour laksa soup in each bowl. Top with bean sprouts, coriander and fresh lime and chilli if desired.
