Prawn Laksa Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 150g
    prawns, peeled, deveined
  • 4 (100g)
    spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 bunch (400g)
    baby bok choy, chopped
  • 1 (200g)
    red capsicum, thinly sliced

How to Cook

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 10 minutes
  1. In a large saucepan, cook MAGGI FUSIAN Laksa Noodles as per packet instructions reserving flavour sachets; keep noodles warm and reserve.

  2. Heat oil in a saucepan or wok over high heat; add prawns to pan, cook for 3 minutes or until cooked through. Add onions, carrots, bok choy and capsicum; cook for 2 minutes or until vegetables are tender; add MAGGI FUASIAN Laksa flavour sachet to pan; cook for a further minute; stir through reserved noodles.

  3. Meanwhile combine ΒΌ cup (60mL) of boiling water and MAGGI FUSIAN Laksa Coconut flavour sachet. Add coconut mixture to pan, stir through vegetables and noodles. Serve immediately.
    If desired top with lime, chilli and coriander
