Crunchy Topped Fish Fillets


  • 4 x
    white fish fillets
  • 1 tsp
    mustard powder
  • 2 tbsp
    chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 pkt
    MAGGI Cheese & Onion Herb Sauce Mix
  • 30 g
    unsalted butter, melted
  • ¾ cup (50g)
    dried breadcrumbs
  • freshly ground black pepper

How to Cook

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 30 minutes
  1. Preheat oven to 180°c.

  2. Place the fish fillets in one layer in a greased ovenproof dish.

  3. Combine remaining ingredients and toss together with a fork until well blended. Sprinkle evenly over fish fillets.

  4. Cook for 20-30 minutes or until topping is golden brown. Serve with mash and a crisp salad, if desired.
