Ham & Potato Balls


  • 1 pkt
    MAGGI Creamy Potato Mash
  • 1½ cups (360mL)
  • 1 x 25g
    spring onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 clove
    garlic, peeled and crushed
  • ½ cup (90g)
    diced reduced fat ham
  • 1 cup (70g)
    coarse breadcrumbs

How to Cook

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cooking Time: 15 minutes
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

  2. Make Potato Mash following packet directions, but use only 1½ cups water. Allow to cool.

  3. Combine spring onion, garlic and ham with mash and shape into small balls and roll in breadcrumbs.

  4. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown, turning once during cooking. Serve with chutney or sweet chilli sauce.
