Barbeque Boned Leg of Lamb


  • 1.3 kg
    lamb boned and rolled forequarter, trimmed
  • 1 pkt
    MAGGI Lamb Casserole Recipe Mix
  • 2 tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • 6 cloves
    garlic, peeled and sliced

How to Cook

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 20 minutes
  1. Remove any packaging or string from the lamb and lie flat. Make small incisions into the meat with a sharp knife.

  2. Combine Recipe Mix with the olive oil and lemon juice. Rub all over the lamb, pushing the mixture into the incisions. Place a garlic slice in each incision. Cover and chill until ready to barbeque.

  3. Preheat barbeque or grill and cook lamb for 7-10 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking. Rest under foil for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with mint sauce and seasonal vegetables if desired.
