Cook rice as per pack instructions; set aside to cool.
In a large bowl, combine 1/3 cup (80ml) water, MAGGI Recipe Base and tomato paste, add chicken and coat well; set aside.
Heat 2 tsp of oil, in a large frying pan, add chorizo and cook for 1-2 minutes until browned; add chicken, brown and cook for 4-5 minutes or until cooked through.
Add onions and capsicum and cook for a further 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add peas, rice and 1/4 cup (60ml) water. Mix well; cook for 3-4 minutes until rice is evenly coated and heated through. Enjoy!
