  1. Add MAGGI 2 Minute Noodle Wholegrain noodle cake to a large bowl, reserve the flavour sachet. Pour boiling water over noodle cake and cover. Wait 5 minutes. Drain & set aside.

  2. Combine noodle flavour sachet, eggs, and milk, whisk together.

  3. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add noodles and spread evenly over the pan. Pour over the egg mixture, add vegetables.

  4. Turn heat down to low heat, cover, and cook until the top of the frittata is set.

Tips: Add extra vegetables you have in the fridge

To make a meat option add 3 slices of finely chopped reduced fat ham, bacon or salami
