Watermelon and Feta Salad


  • 2.4kg (1/2 small)
    seedless watermelon, peeled, sliced thinly
  • 2
    radishes, sliced thinly
  • 100g
    Danish feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp
    pre-brought caramelised balsamic dressing
  • Mint leaves, to garnish

Tip-If you find Danish feta to creamy, you can substitute with about 40g of shaved parmesan cheese.

How to Cook

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: minutes
  1. Arrange watermelon and radish on a large serving plate. Crumble feta over watermelon. Drizzle with caramelised balsamic dressing. Season with cracked black pepper and garnish with mint leaves. Serve immediately.
