Spicy Coleslaw


  • 1/2 (600g)
    red cabbage
  • 2 medium (240g)
    carrots, peeled & grated
  • 1 small (120g)
    brown onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp
    Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 1/2 cup (150g)
  • 1 tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp
    Dijon mustard

How to Cook

  1. Place cabbage, carrot and onion in a large bowl. Toss to combine.

  2. Combine sweet chilli sauce, mayonnaise, lemon juice and mustard in a bowl. Add to cabbage mixture. Toss gently to combine. Serve.
