Spicy Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 1/2 (600g)
    red cabbage
  • 2 medium (240g)
    carrots, peeled & grated
  • 1 small (120g)
    brown onion, sliced thinly
  • 2 tbsp
    Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 1/2 cup (150g)
    Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp
    Dijon mustard

How to Cook

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: minutes
  1. Place cabbage, carrot and onion in a large bowl. Toss to combine.

  2. Combine Sweet Chilli Sauce, Mayonnaise, lemon juice and mustard in a bowl. Add to cabbage mixture. Toss gently to combine. Serve.
