Red Wine & Mushroom Ragu with Quinoa


How to Cook

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 25 minutes
  1. Prepare quinoa according to directions on pack.

  2. Heat oil in a large frying pan, add onion and mushrooms, leave to cook for 5 mins without stirring, add red wine and stir; cook for 2 mins or until wine has almost evaporated.

  3. Add in combined lite cream with MAGGI Recipe Mix, and 1/2 cup (125mL) water to pan, cook for 10 mins or until sauce has thickened; stir through baby spinach. Serve quinoa with Mushroom Ragu and top with parmesan.
