Parmesan Cheesy Nibbles

Ingredients

  • 1¼ cups (260g)
    plain flour
  • 1 pkt
    MAGGI Cheese Sauce Mix
  • ¼ tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 125 g
    unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp
    trim milk
  • ¼ cup (20g)
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp
    poppyseeds

How to Cook

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cooking Time: 14 minutes
  1. Preheat oven to 200°c.

  2. Place flour, Cheese Sauce Mix and cayenne pepper in a bowl. Rub in butter.

  3. Stir in enough milk to form the mixture into a ball.

  4. Combine parmesan cheese and poppy seeds in a separate bowl.

  5. Roll teaspoonfuls of mixture into balls and then roll in the parmesan mixture. Place on a lightly greased or lined oven tray and press down firmly with a fork.

  6. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown.
