Preheat Airfryer to 200°C for 5 minutes
To cut wedges
Cut into quarters, lengthways, and then cut each quarter lengthways again. This will give you 8 wedges from each potato, If the potato is too long, cut in wedges half lengthways. Or if your potato is quite thick, you may then get 8-12 wedges. The aim is to keep the wedges of a similar size, as this will promote even cooking.
