Mix hoisin sauce, sherry and five spice together, then add half to the beef and toss to coat. Cook MAGGI 2 Minute Noodles as per pack instructions. Drain, keep warm.
Step 2

Heat a large frying pan, add 1 tbsp sesame oil stir fry beef until brown, set aside to keep warm.
Step 3
5 Min
Heat remaining sesame oil over high heat, stir fry onion, carrot, broccoli, ginger & garlic for 2 minutes. Add beef, noodles and remaining marinade, stir fry until heated through, serve topped with sesame seeds and shallot.
