Prawn Noodle Stirfry


  • 1 tbsp
    sesame oil
  • 1
    onion, thinly sliced
  • 2cm piece
    fresh ginger, finely grated
  • 1 clove
    garlic, crushed
  • 300g
    prawns, peeled, tails intact, deveined
  • 2 pkt
  • 2 tbsp
    oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp
    fresh lime juice
  • 1 pkt (100g)
    snow pea sprouts, halved
  • 1/4 cup
    fresh coriander, chopped
  • Fresh coriander sprigs, to serve

How to Cook

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cooking Time: 10 minutes
  1. Heat a wok over high heat. Add oil and swirl to coat. Add onion, ginger, garlic and prawns; stir-fry for 2 minutes or until prawns start to brown.

  2. Meanwhile cook MAGGI FUSIAN Hot & Spicy Noodles according to packet instructions. Add noodles, oyster sauce, lime juice, snow pea sprouts and chopped coriander to prawn mixture. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes or until heated through.

  3. Divide the stir-fry among serving bowls and top with coriander sprigs to serve
