Slow-Cooked Pork & White Bean Cassoulet

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp
    cooking spray or canola oil
  • 800 g
    pork loin chops, bone in (approximately 4)
  • 2 tbsp
    maple syrup
  • 1 can
    cannellini beans, drained, 400g
  • 1 pkt
    MAGGI Tomato & Onion Sausages Recipe Mix
  • 3 x
    small onions, wedged
  • 4 cloves
    garlic, crushed
  • 2 sticks
    celery, chopped
  • 2 x
    carrots, chopped
  • 1 tsp
    fennel seeds or dried sage

How to Cook

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 480 minutes
  1. Lightly spray the slow cooker bowl with cooking spray or brush with canola oil. Set the slow cooker to low.

  2. Place loin chops along the base and up the sides of the slow cooker. Drizzle pork with maple syrup.

  3. Combine remaining ingredients with MAGGI Tomato & Onion Sausages Recipe Mix and add to the slow cooker bowl.

  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, stirring occasionally after 3 hours.
