Maple & Ginger Pork Medallians

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp
    olive oil or cooking spray
  • 400 g
    trim pork medallions
  • 1 pkt
    MAGGI Pork Gravy Mix
  • 1 tbsp
    maple syrup
  • ¼ cup (60mL)
    ginger wine
  • 1 tsp
    dried sage
  • ¾ cup (180mL)
    water

How to Cook

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cooking Time: 15 minutes
  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Cook the pork medallions for 1-2 minutes on each side until browned.

  2. Combine Gravy Mix, maple syrup, ginger wine, sage and water and add to the pan.

  3. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes until pork is cooked through. Serve with beans and mashed potato.
