    Chicken fillet, sliced thinly
  • 3 cups
    Chopped mixed, vegetables
  • 1 can
    Light coconut milk

How to Cook

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 20 minutes
  1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a large frying pan, add spice paste, cook over medium heat for one minute or until fragrant.

  2. Add chicken and toss to coat in spice paste, cook 3-4 minutes or until chicken is browned.

  3. Add vegetables light coconut cream and finishing sauce, stir through, bring to boil, simmer for 15 minutes.
