Tandoori Chicken

    onion, sliced
  • 500g
    Chicken fillet, cubed
  • 200g
    Greek Yoghurt

How to Cook

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cooking Time: 15 minutes
  1. Heat oil in large frying pan, add spice paste, cook over medium heat for 1 minute or until fragrant.

  2. Add onion, cook for 2 minutes. Add chicken and toss to coat in spice paste, cook 3-4 minutes or until,chicken is browned.

  3. Add yoghurt and finishing sauce, stir through, bring to the boil. Simmer for 10 minutes, serve with rice.
