Preheat the oven to 200 °C/180°C fan forced.

Place uncooked macaroni in a baking dish.

Heat oil in a pan, add beef and cook for 5 minutes or until brown, add to pasta.

Mix MAGGI Recipe Base with tomatoes and add to baking dish with 1 cup water. Making sure to completely cover the pasta.

Add sour cream in small piles. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes. Serve with a mixed salad.
