Marinated Lamb Kebabs


  • 1 pkt
  • 2 tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp
    brown sugar
  • 2 tsp
    canola oil
  • 1 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 500g
    boneless lamb leg steaks, trimmed and cut into 2cm cubes
  • 400g
    button mushrooms
  • 24
    cherry tomatoes
  • 2 (140g)
    courgettes, cut into 2cm slices

How to Cook

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cooking Time: 10 minutes
  1. Combine MAGGI French Onion Soup Mix, lemon juice, sugar, oil and oregano in a large bowl. Add lamb cubes and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 15-30 minutes.

  2. Thread skewers with lamb and vegetables.

  3. Grill or barbeque for 4-5 minutes on each side or until lamb is cooked.

  4. Serve with rice if desired.
