Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan forced.
Cook Potatoes
15 Min
Boil and mash potatoes. Add milk to mash, stir through. Set aside.
Cook Mince & Onion
10 Min
Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, brown mince. Add onion, cook for 2 minutes, stirring.
Add MAGGI Recipe Base
10 Min
Add combined tomatoes and MAGGI Recipe Base, bring to the boil, stirring. Add mixed vegetables, simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
Spreading
5 Min
Transfer mince mixture to ovenproof dish and spread mashed potatoes evenly over top. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake & Enjoy
20 Min
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
