Slow-Cooked Sticky Pork Spare Ribs


  • cooking spray or 2 tsp canola oil
  • 1 pkt
    MAGGI Apricot Chicken Recipe Mix
  • ¼ cup
    runny honey
  • ¼ tsp
    chilli powder
  • ¾ cup
  • 1 kg
    pork ribs

How to Cook

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 480 minutes
  1. Lightly spray the slow cooker bowl with cooking spray or brush with canola oil. Set the slow cooker to low.

  2. Combine Apricot Chicken Recipe Mix, honey, chilli powder and water. Rub mixture on the pork ribs.

  3. Place ribs along the base and up the sides of the slow cooker.

  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, stirring occasionally after 3 hours. Serve with steamed rice.
