Roast Chicken Marylands with Chorizo

Ingredients

  • 1 (170g)
    Chorizo, sliced
  • 2 (300g)
    red onions cut into wedges
  • 4
    Garlic cloves left whole
  • 4 (1.2kg)
    Chicken Marylands
  • 4 Medium (800g)
    Potaotes, unpeeled and cut into wedges
  • Rosemary sprigs
  • 2 tbsp
    Olive Oil
  • 2 x 24g pkt
    MAGGI Roast Chicken gravy

How to Cook

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cooking Time: 45 minutes
  1. Heat oven to 220°C/200°C fan forced. Place onion and garlic in the bottom of a large roasting tray. Add chorizo, and then top with chicken, potato, and rosemary. Drizzle with olive oil; bake for 45 minutes or until golden.

  2. Make gravy according to packet instructions. Serve with chicken, chorizo and potatoes.
