Mini Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 500 g
    lean minced chicken
  • 2 cloves
    garlic , crushed
  • 1 pkt
    MAGGI Chicken & Herb Gravy Mix
  • ½ cup (50g)
    grated parmesan cheese
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp
    lemon zest
  • 3 tbsp
    olive oil
  • ½ cup
    sweet chilli sauce , for dipping

How to Cook

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cooking Time: 20 minutes
  1. Combine all ingredients, except oil and sweet chilli sauce and mix thoroughly.

  2. Shape into 40 meatballs 2cm in diameter.

  3. Heat one-third of the oil in a frying pan and add one-third of the meatballs. Cook for 7-8 minutes or until golden brown and cooked, turning frequently.

  4. Repeat with the remaining oil and meatballs.

  5. Serve with sweet chilli sauce for dipping.
