Garlic & Coriander Chicken Breasts


  • 1 bunch
    coriander leaves
  • 4 cloves
    garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 1 tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 tsp
    MAGGI Chicken Stock Powder
  • 400g
    skinless chicken breast fillet, quartered

How to Cook

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cooking Time: 15 minutes
  1. Mince coriander and garlic in a food processor or using a pestle and mortar.  Add lemon juice, olive oil and MAGGI Chicken Stock Powder.

  2. Place in a covered dish or resealable bag with chicken to marinate. Chill for 20 minutes or overnight.

  3. Grill on barbeque or pan-fry for 7 minutes on each side or steam for 10 minutes until cooked through.

  4. Serve with a green salad.
