Chicken Burger


  • 400 g
    lean chicken mince
  • 1/4 cup (30g)
    onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup (60g)
    celery, diced
  • 1 pkt
  • 2 tsp
    canola oil or cooking spray
  • 4
    hamburger buns, split and toasted
  • 60g
    fresh spinach or baby spinach leaves
  • 2 (200g)
    tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 (200g)
    red capsicum, sliced and chargrilled

How to Cook

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cooking Time: 14 minutes
  1. To make the chicken patties, combine the chicken, onion, celery and MAGGI Thick Country Vegetable Soup Mix in a bowl. Divide the mixture into 4 and with wet hands, shape each portion into a flat patty.

  2. Heat oil in a large non-stick frying pan or lightly oil the hotplate of a barbeque. Cook the patties on medium heat for 7 minutes on each side or until cooked through and golden brown.

  3. Assemble the burgers with cooked chicken patty, spinach, tomato and capsicum.
