Combine water, Chicken Noodle Soup Mix, honey, soy sauce and ginger, set aside.
Heat oil in a large pan or wok, add chicken and stir fry for 2-3 minutes, set aside.
Add onion and broccoli to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Stir in soup mixture, bring to the boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes, add the chicken and bean sprouts and cook for a further 1 minute. Serve with 2 minute noodles and fresh seasonal vegetables if desired.
