Chicken & Broccoli Stir-fry

Ingredients

  • 1 cup
    water
  • 1 pkt
    MAGGI Chicken Noodle Soup Mix
  • 1 tbsp
    honey
  • 2 tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp
    grated fresh ginger
  • 2 tsp
    canola oil or cooking spray
  • 400 g
    skinless chicken breast fillet, thinly sliced
  • 1
    onion, sliced
  • 1 cup
    broccoli florets
  • 1 cup
    bean sprouts

How to Cook

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 10 minutes
  1. Combine water, Chicken Noodle Soup Mix, honey, soy sauce and ginger, set aside.

  2. Heat oil in a large pan or wok, add chicken and stir fry for 2-3 minutes, set aside.

  3. Add onion and broccoli to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

  4. Stir in soup mixture, bring to the boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes, add the chicken and bean sprouts and cook for a further 1 minute. Serve with 2 minute noodles and fresh seasonal vegetables if desired.
