BBQ Chicken Lettuce Cups


  • 1 tsp
    sesame oil
  • 1 (120g)
    carrot, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 2 sticks (120g)
    celery, chopped
  • 2 cups (320g)
    shredded barbecued chicken
  • 2 pkts
  • 1 tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp
    Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tbsp
    Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 4
    spring onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp
    coriander, chopped, optional
  • 1
    lettuce, outer leaves cut into cups

How to Cook

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 15 minutes
  1. Heat oil in large frying pan, add carrot and celery, cook for 2 minutes or until softened, add barbequed chicken. Meanwhile cook MAGGI 2 Minute Noodles according to packet directions, reserving the flavour sachets (these will be used for the sauce). Add to pan.

  2. In a small bowl add flavour sachets, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sweet chilli sauce, combine until smooth. Pour sauce over chicken noodle mixture and cook for 5 minutes.

  3. Stir through spring onions and coriander. Serve into prepared lettuce cups.
