Asian Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients

  • 7 cups
    water
  • 250 g
    skinless chicken breast fillet, thinly sliced
  • 2 pkts
    MAGGI Extra Delicious 2 Minute Noodles Chicken Flavour
  • 2 tsp
    grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 tsp
    sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 cup
    sliced button mushrooms
  • 1 cup
    chopped bok choy
  • 1 cup
    bean sprouts

How to Cook

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 15 minutes
  1. Bring the water to a boil in large saucepan.

  2. Add chicken, contents of flavour sachets, ginger, sauces and mushrooms. Bring back to a boil, reduce heat, simmer 3 minutes.

  3. Stir in 2 Minute Noodles and bok choy, return to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer 2 minutes or until noodles are cooked. Add bean sprouts and serve.
