Heat oil in frying pan, cook the beef until golden brown on both sides. Remove from the pan and keep warm.
Add garlic and peppercorns to pan and cook for 30 seconds.
Combine CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk, MAGGI Beef Stock Powder and cornflour.
Add to pan and bring to the boil, stirring. Simmer for 2 minutes then pour over schnitzel pieces. Serve with fresh seasonal vegetables and mashed potato.
