Quesadillas Recipe



  • 400g
    minced beef
  • 400g
    can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 small
    carrot, grated
  • 1 pkt
    MAGGI Mexican Nachos Recipe Base
  • 1 small
    zucchini, grated
  • 8 small
  • ½ cup (60g)
    grated tasty cheese

How to Cook

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cooking Time: 25 minutes
  1. Heat large frying pan over high heat, spray with oil, cook for 5 minutes or until mince is browned. Add carrot and grated zucchini. Mix recipe base with the tomatoes and add to pan.
    Turn down heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes.

  2. Place one tortilla into a non-stick frying pan on medium heat, top with 1/8 of the mince mixture and cheese, fold over to form a half circle and cook for 1 minute each side. Keep warm while repeating process with remaining tortillas. Top with tomato salsa.
