Mince Chow Mein & Bok Choy with Oyster Sauce

Ingredients

  • MINCE CHOW MEIN:
  • 1 pkt
    MAGGI 2 Minute Noodles Beef Flavour
  • 1 tbsp
    olive oil
  • 400 g
    lean minced beef
  • 1
    onion, sliced
  • 3 cups
    sliced cabbage
  • 4 cups
    sliced mixed vegetables (broccoli, red capsicum, mushrooms)
  • 1 cup
    water
  • 1 pkt
    MAGGI Mince Chow Mein Recipe Mix
  • BOK CHOY WITH OYSTER SAUCE:
  • 2 tsp
    olive oil or cooking spray
  • 400 g
    bok choy, sliced
  • 1 tsp
    MAGGI Green Herb Stock Powder
  • 1 tsp
    grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp
    oyster sauce

How to Cook

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 15 minutes

MINCE CHOW MEIN:

  1. Cook the 2 minute noodles following packet directions without adding flavour sachet, drain.

  2. Heat oil in a large pan or wok, add mince, stir-fry 2 minutes, add vegetables, stir-fry for further 2 minutes.

  3. Add combined water and chow mein recipe mix, bring to the boil, stir through noodles. serve with bok choy.

BOK CHOY WITH OYSTER SAUCE:

  1. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan over high heat. add bok choy and stir-fry 1-2 minutes. Add green herb stock powder, ginger and oyster sauce and cook for 30 seconds.
