Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 15 minutes

MINCE CHOW MEIN:

  1. Cook the 2 minute noodles following packet directions without adding flavour sachet, drain.

  2. Heat oil in a large pan or wok, add mince, stir-fry 2 minutes, add vegetables, stir-fry for further 2 minutes.

  3. Add combined water and MAGGI Mince Chow Mein Recipe Base, bring to the boil, stir through noodles. serve with bok choy.

BOK CHOY WITH OYSTER SAUCE:

  1. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan over high heat. add bok choy and stir-fry 1-2 minutes. Add MAGGI Green Herb Stock Powder, ginger and oyster sauce and cook for 30 seconds.
