Crunchy Noodle Thai Beef Salad

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup
    fresh lemon or lime juice
  • 3 tbsp
    sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 pkts
    MAGGI 2 Minute Noodles Beef Flavour
  • 4 cups
    mixed leaf lettuce
  • 2
    carrots, cut into thin strips
  • ½
    red onion, sliced
  • 1 cup
    coriander leaves
  • 200 g
    deli-sliced lean beef roasted, rare

How to Cook

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 0 minutes

DRESSING:

  1. Combine lemon or lime juice with sweet chilli sauce and contents of 2 Minute Noodles, set aside.

SALAD:

  1. Break noodle cakes into small pieces. combine noodles, salad leaves, carrot, onion, coriander leaves and half of the dressing; arrange on serving platter. Top with sliced beef and drizzle with remaining dressing.
