Classic Kiwi Burger


  • 1
    onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup
    fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 500g
    lean beef mince
  • 1 pkt
    MAGGI Onion Soup Mix
  • 4
    hamburger buns, halved and toasted
  • 1 tbsp
    tomato sauce
  • lettuce leaves, sliced tomato, sliced beetroot, sliced onion and light mayonnaise to serve

How to Cook

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cooking Time: 10 minutes
  1. Combine onion, parsley, mince, soup mix in a bowl. Mix well. shape into 4 patties.

  2. Cook patties under preheated grill or hot plate for 10 minutes or until cooked, turning halfway through cooking.

  3. Spread lower half of buns with tomato sauce. Top with patties, lettuce, tomato, beetroot and onion. Spread remaining bun half with mayonnaise and place on top of salad to complete burger.
