Asian Beef Soup


  • 2 cups (500mL)
    Boiling water
  • 1 pkt
  • 200g
    rump steak, trimmed, sliced very thinly
  • 2 tbsp
    salt-reduced soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    ginger paste
  • 2 tsp
    brown sugar
  • 150g
    green beans, trimmed, chopped
  • 1 bunch
    baby bok choy, trimmed, chopped coarsely
  • 1 cup (80g)
    bean sprouts

How to Cook

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cooking Time: 7 minutes
  1. In a large saucepan bring water to the boil. Break MAGGI FUSIAN Korean Spicy Beef noodle cake into quarters; add noodles, beef flavour mix and vegetable garnish sachets. Cook for 2 minutes.

  2. Add an additional 1 cup (250mL) boiling water, rump steak, soy sauce, ginger and brown sugar. Bring to the boil, simmer 3 minutes.

  3. Stir in beans and bok choy, simmer a further 1- 2 minutes or until vegetables are just tender. Serve topped with bean sprouts and garnish with spring onion and coriander, if desired.
