Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan forced. Grease and line a baking tray with baking paper. Combine barbecue sauce and chicken. Place on prepared tray.

Spray chicken well with oil. Spoon over any excess sauced and bake for 35- 40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Cook bacon, stirring, for 2 minutes. Stir in onion and cook for 2-3 minutes or until soft. Stir in corn, tomato, beans, MAGGI Recipe Mix and water. Reduce heat to low. Simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, for 7 minutes. Uncover and simmer for 3 minutes until mixture thickens. Stir through coriander.
