Tuna Pasta Bake

Just Add

  • 1 x 185g
    Can tuna in spring water, drained
  • 250g
    Uncooked penne pasta
  • 1 medium (150g)
    Onion, chopped
  • 1 x 400g
    Can chopped tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup (80mL)
    Tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup (60g)
    Grated tasty cheese

How to Make

Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 5 Minutes | Cooking time: 45 Minutes

  1. Preheat oven to 200C

  2. Heat 1 tsp oil in pan, add onion, fry 2 minutes. Add canned tomato, tomato paste, combined MAGGI recipe base and 2 cups (500mL) water to pan. Add tuna, bring to boil stirring.

  3. Place uncooked pasta in an ovenproof dish 2.5L capacity), cover with mixture stirring to combine. Bake covered for 20 minutes, stir.

  4. Sprinkle evenly with grated cheese. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes or until golden brown.



STOCK POWDER: Corn Starch, Tomato Powder, Iodised Salt, Onion, Vegetable Fat (Vegetable Fat, Rosemary Extract, Sunflower Lecithin), Sugar, Garlic, Potato Starch, Fish Powder; HERBS: Parsley, Marjoram, Thyme, Basil; SPICE: Black Pepper; FOOD ACID: Citric.
