Tomato and Onion Sausages
1 x medium (150g)Onion, Sliced
1/4 cup (60mL)Tomato sauce
1 packetMAGGI Tomato and onion recipe base
How to Make
Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 5 Minutes | Cooking time: 60 Minutes
Preheat oven to 200C.
Place sausages and onion in ovenproof dish.
Add combined tomato sauce, 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) water and MAGGI Tomato & Onion Sausages Recipe Mix.
Cover and bake 1 hour or until sausages are cooked, stir once during cooking. Serve.
Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 5 Minutes | Cooking time: 20 Minutes
Heat 2 tsp oil in pan, brown sausages, drain oil.
Add onion, cook 2 minutes.
Add combined tomato sauce, 2 cups (500mL) water and MAGGI Tomato & Onion Sausages Recipe Mix. Bring to boil, stirring.
Simmer uncovered 10 minutes or until sausages are cooked, stir occasionally. Serve.
