Just Add

  • 2 medium (240g)
    Carrots, Quartered
  • 2 small (240g)
    Parsnips, Quartered
  • 1 large (200g)
    Onion, Quartered
  • 4 (1kg)
    Lamb Shanks, Trimmed
  • 1 can (400g)
    Chopped Tomatoes

How to Make

Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 15 Minutes | Cooking time: 8 Minutes

  1. Add all vegetables to the slow cooker, top with the lamb shanks.

  2. Combine tomatoes, 1/4 cup (60mL) water and MAGGI Tomato & Herb Lamb Shanks Recipe Mix.

  3. Pour over tomato mixture, cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
