Spaghetti Bolognese

Just Add

  • 500g
    Lean Beef MInce
  • 300g
    Spaghetti
  • 1 x med (150g)
    Onion, chopped
  • 1 x 410g
    Tomato puree
  • 1 1/2 cups (105g)
    Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 pkt
    MAGGI, Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe Base

How to Make

Serves: | Preparation time: 5 Minutes | Cooking time: 20 Minutes

  1. Cook spaghetti according to packet directions, drain; keep warm.

  2. Heat 2 tsp oil in pan, brown beef, add onion and mushrooms, cook 2 minutes, stirring.

  3. Add combined tomato puree, ½ cup (125mL) water, and MAGGI Recipe Base. Bring to the boil; simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  4. Serve with green salad.
