Mince Cottage Pie
4 (750g)Potatoes, Peeled and Cubed
½ cup (125mL)Reduced Fat Milk
400gLean Minced Beef
1 x med (150g)Onion, Chopped
1 x med (120g)Carrot, Diced
1 x400g Can Chopped Tomatoes
1/2 cup (60g)Peas
1/2 cup (60g)Grated Tasty Cheese

How to Make
Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 10 Minutes | Cooking time: 20 Minutes
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in pan, brown mince.
Add combined tomatoes and MAGGI Recipe Base, bring to boil, stirring, add vegetables, simmer uncovered 10 minutes.
Peel, boil and mash potatoes. Add milk to taste, for an extra creamy mash.
Transfer meat filling to ovenproof dish and spread mash potato evenly over the top.
Sprinkle with cheese, bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
