Mild Curry Sausages
8 sausages (600g)Sausages
1 x medium (150g)Onion, sliced
¼ cup (60mL)Reduced fat milk
How to Make
Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 10 Minutes | Cooking time: 60 Minutes
Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan forced.
Place sausages, onion and sultanas in ovenproof dish.
Add combined milk, 1¼ cups (310mL) water and MAGGI Recipe Base.
Cover and bake 1 hour or until sausages are cooked through, stir once during cooking.
Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 5 Minutes | Cooking time: 20 Minutes
Heat frying pan, brown sausages, add onion and cook 2 minutes.
Add sultanas and combined milk, 1½ cups (375mL) water and MAGGI Recipe Base. Bring to boil, stirring.
Simmer uncovered 10 minutes or until sausages are cooked through, stir occasionally.
