Greek Koftas

A guaranteed family favourite! Introduce some Mediterranean flare to the dinner table. Greek Koftas are a great way to transform a half kilo of mince into a great meal that the whole family will enjoy getting involved in.

Just Add

  • 500g
    Minced lamb or lean beef
  • 4 x
    Wheat flour wraps (45g each)
  • 2 cups (120g)
    lettuce, shredded
  • 1 medium (150g)
    Tomato, sliced
  • 1/2
    Small cucumber, sliced
  • 1 x small
    Red onion, sliced

How to Make

Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 15 Minutes | Cooking time: 20 Minutes

  1. Knead together mince and MAGGI Greek Kofta. Divide into 8 even sized portions, and shape into ovals. Place 2 ovals per skewer.

  2. Spray pan with canola spray, heat until hot. Reduce to medium heat, cook 20 minutes or until cooked, turning occasionally.

  3. Assemble wraps using remaining ingredients.
