Cheesy Fish Pie

Just Add

  • 450g
    can smoked fish fillets OR 2x185g can tuna in spring water, drained
  • 3 x (600g)
    Potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 cups (500mL)
    ½ cup (125mL) milk for mash, 1½ cups (375mL) milk extra
  • 2 x
    Celery stalks, sliced
  • 1/2 cup
    grated cheese
  • 1 pkt
    MAGGI Fish Pie Recipe Mix

How to Make

Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 5 Minutes | Cooking time: 40 Minutes

  1. Pre-heat oven to 200°C.

  2. Boil potatoes 15 minutes or until cooked.

  3. Combine 1½ cups milk and MAGGI Fish Pie Recipe Mix in pan, add celery. Bring to boil,stirring.

  4. Add fish, simmer 2 minuutes, stirring.

  5. Spoon mixture into oven proof dish.

  6. Add ½ cup milk to drained potatoes, mash. Spread evenly over fish mixture.

  7. Sprinkle with cheese, bake uncovered 20 minutes until golden brown.
