Chilli Con Carne
500glean minced beef
1 large (200g)onion, chopped
1 x 400gCan chopped tomatoes
1 x 400gCan red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1pktMAGGI Chilli Con Carne Recipe Base
How to Make
Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 10 Minutes | Cooking time: 20 Minutes
Heat 1 tbsp oil in pan, brown beef, add onion, cook 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes, beans, and combined ¾ cup (190mL) water and MAGGI Recipe Base, bring to the boil, stirring.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes, stir occasionally
Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 10 Minutes | Cooking time: 60 Minutes
Preheat oven to 200ºC.
Place beef, onion and beans in ovenproof dish.
Stir in combined tomatoes and MAGGI Chilli Con Carne Recipe Mix, cover.
Bake 1 hour, stir once during cooking.
