Chicken Korma

Just Add

  • 500g
    skinless chicken breast, diced
  • 1 medium (150g)
    onion, diced
  • 2tbsp
    tomato paste
  • 1 cup (250mL)
    lite coconut milk
  • 2 cups (380g)
    cooked long grain rice

How to Make

Serves: | Preparation time: 5 Minutes | Cooking time: 15 Minutes

  1. Combine chicken and MAGGI Recipe Base in a medium bowl.

  2. Heat a large fry pan over medium heat; spray fry pan with oil. Cook chicken for 5 minutes or until browned. Add onion and cook for a further 3 minutes or until softened.

  3. Add combined tomato paste and coconut milk. Bring to boil, reduce heat and cook covered for 5 minutes stirring occasionally or until chicken is cooked through.

  4. Serve over cooked rice.



STOCK POWDER: Sugar, Iodised Salt, Corn Starch, Garlic, Ginger, Onion, Vegetable Fat; SPICES: Turmeric, Coriander, Chilli, Garam Masala, Mustard, Cumin, White Pepper; HERB: Parsley.
